This shows ONE repetition on ONE lead leg/arm. Be sure to balance out your lead leg/arm throughout your workout.
Begin in a wide stance, ball at chest, one hand in each handle.
Squat down, passing ball under one thigh (from inside to outside). When passing, use the same handle.
Return to start position, or...
