moveBALL™ Drills is a challenging whole-body workout for athletes and almost anyone, almost any age, in good physical condition. It integrates five important and effective athletic training concepts: movement, endurance, power, eccentric force generation, and agility. For athletes, this workout provides sport-specific and cross-training benefits for optimum performance and injury prevention. Non-athletes benefit with head-to-toe neuromuscular training that is functional and time effective.
Where can I experience a moveBALL™ Drills workout?
moveBALL™ Drills is a workshop for fitness leaders. Fitness leaders attend the workshop, and then they bring it to their clients. We run this workshop on a private, on-demand basis. Whether you're a fitness leader and can gather up a few friends, or if you're facility wanting to host the workshop for your staff, contact us. Cost is $74+gst per person, minimum 5. The workshop is usually 3 hours, but this can be made longer or shorter, and we can apply for AFLCA credits. Travel costs extra/negotiated. We look forward to working with you!
