Back lunge + row combo
This movement is suitable for moveBALL™
This shows ONE repetition on ONE lead leg/arm. Be sure to balance out your lead leg/arm throughout your workout.
Begin with feet together, ball at chest, one hand in each handle.
Stride right leg back into a lunge position.
Bend right elbow to row ball to right hip...
..and then back down.
Return to start position, or...
...or THIS can be your start/finish position!
